New Social Enterprise UK research finds 84% of social enterprises pay the real Living Wage, which is a much higher proportion than employers in the wider economy.

Paying the real Living Wage remains the only way to ensure all staff including third party contractors earn a wage based on the cost of living. By paying the real Living Wage you can also add to your organisation’s social value.
